BLONDIE.NO EXIT.6.01.99.

After I realized that Blondie sang "Maria", I became ecstatic. At nine years old I began to read tons of books, magazines, articles, bought all of their albums and Deb's solo stuff, and watched every, movie, television appearance, and commercial that the band was involved in; but especially Debbie :) I really, really became this amazing, knowledgeable, interested, hard core Blondie fan at age nine. Coincidentally, I was also about nine years old when I first became familiar with Blondie, and that was in 1978! I think "Heart of Glass" was the very first Blondie song I ever heard on the radio, and is still my absolute favorite! I would just be on cloud nine if I got the chance to meet Debbie, like you did.
