The Photos Section

Could we ONLY have photos of Blondie/Debbie please. I think this section is getting out of hand, so Blondie or Debbie photos ONLY please. (I don't mind the fan in the picture also, but not the fans' personal photos only).
It's starting to look like a "myspace" SPAM page, when you search for Debbie Harry & you get some pathetic blonde wanting to be famous, as they say in Glasgow, GEEZA BREK EH.

Any one else feel this way or is it just me. ?

What if Debbie likes to see who her fans are? Maybe she likes to put a name to the familiar faces she sees during her solo and the Blondie shows; many of them keep returning and know a lot about her, but she herself might know hardly anything or nothing about them. Some of us travel the entire world to see her. I imagine it must be puzzling sometimes not to know where our orign is when we all of a sudden pop up in the most exotic and unexpected places.
It's a great opportunity to have a site where everyone can come together and where you recognize familiar faces from the shows. It's also for the fans to get to know each other and learn more about their personalities and habits. Waiting in front of the venues for hours is more fun with people you're familiar with. And time passes quicker, too.
Of course, I always prefer to see new Debbie pictures, as well but this is also a social networking site. As long as there is moderation and balance and it won't get out of hand, it should be fair.
Just a thought :=).

I totally agree with what you've said Christina, However, i think it WAS getting out of hand - men wearing ladies bras etc - whats that got to do with the site. I did say previously that i WELCOME photos of fans but there has to be a limit and personal photos like what i've mentioned "IS" going too far.
But yes, i agree and i welcome any fans to post their photo - within reason.
any thoughts?

Hello Craig, i delated the photo's because they were not being viewed, then oracle changed things around from most viewed to most popular, then someone else added the pics to their page, but hey look at all the great pics that have been added to oracle, just for the one person we love "Debbie Harry," always and forever, love Marcia

I completely agree. I've noticed more and more photos being posted which are totally irrelevant to a DH website. This defeats the whole purpose of having this website!!

if you want to put a photo of just yourself on here, why dont you put it as your profile pic? just a thought and we can see you all and put names to faces and faces to names...there are so many on here with no profile pic at all..!

yes, thats ideal, thats what i've got, if anyone wishes to see my face - lol, they can view it in my profile section.
Photos of Debbie + fan is also good to see. I like to view the photos of such cos thats the day they met Debbie, for example.

Yes,The photo section was doing pretty well for a while when we had some great photos of Debbie and Debbie with fellow fans. Its good to view these but we're back to square one again.
